AS999 Terms and Conditions – Rules, Policies & Fair Use

1 General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the AS999 platform, accessible at as999.vu. By registering an account, making a deposit, or using any service offered through AS999, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, that you are accessing the platform as an individual for personal entertainment purposes only, and that you agree to be fully bound by these Terms.

3 Deposits & Payments

All deposits on AS999 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are supported: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, debit and credit cards, and other approved mobile wallets. AS999 does not accept deposits in any other currency and will not process currency conversion on your behalf.

• Minimum deposit: The minimum deposit amount is specified within your AS999 account dashboard and may vary by payment method.
• Processing time: Most deposits via JazzCash and Easypaisa are credited instantly. Bank transfers may take up to one business day depending on your bank's processing times.
• Deposit ownership: All deposits must be made from a payment method owned and registered in your name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. AS999 reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership at any time.
• No deposit fees: AS999 does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are beyond AS999's control.

4 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same PKR payment method used for your most recent deposit where possible. AS999 does not transfer funds to third-party accounts or payment methods not registered in your name.

• Verification requirement: Your account must be fully verified before any withdrawal can be processed. This means completing the KYC process with valid identification documents.
• Processing time: Standard withdrawal processing times depend on your VIP tier. Standard players can expect processing within 1–3 business days. Higher VIP tiers benefit from faster processing including same-day and instant withdrawals at Platinum and Diamond levels.
• Minimum withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is specified within your account dashboard and may vary by method.
• Wagering requirements: Any active bonus wagering requirements must be met before a withdrawal can be processed. Attempting to withdraw funds while active wagering requirements are outstanding may result in the forfeiture of the bonus balance and any winnings attributed to it.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

AS999 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms:

• Wagering requirements: All deposit bonuses and free spin winnings are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated clearly in that promotion's terms.
• Validity period: Bonuses have an expiry period, after which any unused bonus balance and associated winnings are forfeited. The validity window for each bonus is shown in the promotion terms.
• One bonus at a time: In most cases, only one bonus can be active on your account at a time. Opting into a new bonus while another is active may void the previous bonus.
• Game contributions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games, live casino, fish games, and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate or not at all. Game contribution rates are specified in each promotion's terms.
• Bonus abuse: AS999 has zero tolerance for bonus abuse including the use of low-risk betting strategies (such as alternating large and small bets) designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine gaming activity. If bonus abuse is detected, the bonus and all associated winnings will be void and the account may be suspended.

6 Sports Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all sports betting activity on AS999, including cricket, Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 internationals, Football, and Esports markets:

• Bet acceptance: All bets are subject to acceptance by AS999. AS999 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its discretion, particularly where a bet is placed on an event whose outcome AS999 has reason to believe has been influenced by irregular activity.
• Odds: Odds are subject to change at any time before a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are the odds that will apply to your bet.
• In-play betting: Live in-play bets are accepted subject to availability. There may be brief delays in bet acceptance during live events and AS999 does not guarantee that in-play markets will remain open throughout an event.
• Void bets: Bets may be voided in the event of a postponed, cancelled, or abandoned event, or where the event does not meet the minimum completion requirements specified in the individual market rules.
• Maximum winnings: Maximum winnings per bet and per day may apply and vary by market. The applicable limits are shown within the betting interface.
• PSL and T20 markets: For Pakistan Super League and T20 international matches, specific market rules including DLS method application, minimum overs requirements, and reserve day provisions apply and are detailed within each market.
• Errors: In the event of an obvious pricing error, AS999 reserves the right to void any bet placed at the incorrect price and refund the stake to the player's account balance.

7 Casino & Game Rules

The following rules apply to all casino products on AS999 including slots, live casino, and fish games:

• Game results: All game outcomes on AS999 are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or, in the case of live casino, by real-time physical game events. AS999 does not manipulate game outcomes in any way.
• Technical malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a game round, the round result will be determined based on the game's internal state at the time of the malfunction. Where a result cannot be determined, the stake may be refunded. AS999 is not liable for losses caused by technical issues on the player's own device or internet connection.

The AS999 VIP programme rewards consistent players across five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. The following terms apply:

• Tier progression: VIP tier is determined by cumulative wagering activity within the current qualifying period. The wagering thresholds for each tier are published in the VIP programme documentation.
• Cashback: Weekly PKR cashback is calculated on net losses during the relevant week and credited to the player's account the following Monday. Cashback rates range from 3% at Bronze to 30% at Diamond.
• Tier downgrade: VIP tier is reviewed periodically. Failure to maintain the required activity level may result in tier downgrade. AS999 will notify players before any downgrade takes effect.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on AS999 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses or circumvent any restrictions
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with the platform in any way
• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market
• Match fixing, spot fixing, or placing bets on events where you have inside knowledge of the outcome
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, technical errors, or incorrectly displayed odds for financial gain
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods to make deposits
• Money laundering or any other financially motivated criminal activity through the platform
• Sharing account credentials with or accessing another player's account without their authorisation
• Any form of harassment, abuse, or threatening conduct directed at AS999 staff or other players

AS999 actively monitors player activity for prohibited conduct and cooperates fully with any relevant investigation. Players found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account permanently closed and all funds held will be subject to review prior to any potential return.

10 Account Suspension & Closure

AS999 reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Suspicion of fraudulent, criminal, or prohibited activity
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe
• Account inactivity for a prolonged period (inactive account policy details are available on request)
• Player request for self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming policy

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance held in the account may be forfeited depending on the nature and severity of the breach. Where an account is closed at the player's request or due to inactivity, any remaining verified balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method subject to standard verification requirements.

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting AS999 customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, and any active bonus balance will be voided upon closure.

11 Privacy & Data
